Berry Breakfast Smoothie

What better way to start your day than with a great-tasting smoothie? This recipe contains added extras including ginger and flaxseed oil, which have many health-promoting properties. You can swap and change different berries in this recipe too – enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup raspberries (or pitted cherries)
  • 1 ½ TBS honey
  • 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth
