Gut Health Shake

IngredientsGut health shake

  • 1 cup soy or almond milk
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 1 tsp linseeds
  • 1 tsp Slippery Elm powder
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • ½ dessert spoon Psyllium husks
  • 1 banana or handful berries

Place in blender and process until smooth.
