Lemon Balls

Ingredients

  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 ½ cups almond meal
  • 5-6 dates
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Method:Lemon

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Roll into balls and cover in dessicated coconut.

3. Keep in the fridge to set.

Note: Eat straight from the fridge as coconut oil solidifies when it’s cold and softens when warm.
