Salted Caramel Smoothie

This smoothie is packed full of protein to help you feel fuller for longer and provides essential amino acids for muscle and tissue growth and repair. It tastes great, and is especially good for those who have a sweet tooth.


  • 2 Frozen bananas, coarsely chopped
  • 8 Raw cashews, coarsely chopped
  • 6 Fresh dates, pitted, chopped
  • 2 cups (500ml) unsweetened Almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tablespoons natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 cups of ice blocks


Place all ingredients including ice in a blender and blend until smooth
