Super Green Smoothie

This smoothie is overflowing with goodness, from the antioxidants in the leafy greens to the essential fatty acids in the avocado. This is a great smoothie for a snack or as a meal and provides plenty of vitamins and minerals for the whole body


  • ¼ firm ripe avocado
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ kiwi fruit, peeled
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • ¾ cup milk/nut milk or coconut water
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy.

*Optional – Add a scoop of protein powder to keep you feeling full for longer
